Tuscan Villa Guest House is situated in a picturesque tiny secluded valley, and is so close to the vineyard next door you can almost whisper to the vines. The total setting and ambiance is very reminiscent of the Tuscany region of northern Italy. In keeping with the Tuscan influence, the Guest House has been designed and its luxurious decor chosen to reflect the very distinctive style of the Tuscan region.

Although we are secluded, our proximity is ideal to take advantage of all the attractions the Southwest region has to offer. Many of the Margaret River region's world class wineries are situated less than 10 minutes drive away.

The nearest, Happs Winery is just around the corner. The renowned surfing beach of Yallingup is only minutes away, and the vibrant town of Margaret River is 20 minutes by car via Caves Road with its many wineries nestled along side. With our Mediterranean climate and numerous beaches in the area, it's easy to see why we call the area "the Riviera of Western Australia".

After your day enjoying all the near by attractions on offer, you can cool off with a swim in our pool, or just relax and lounge around the pool area with a glass of your favorite wine soaking up the setting and picturesque panorama of this hidden little valley.
